WHAT IF I DO NOT FIT A SIZE 7 WRIST?
- Don't sweat it! We offer all our customers complimentary re-sizing on most of our bracelets free of charge. Just leave us a note a check out of the size you want instead and we will make all the adjustments before shipping out your order.
CAN I SHOWER/SWIM WITH THE JEWELRY ON?
- We suggest you don't. Even though we use high quality materials such as stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold filled for our designs, water can ruin a piece if it is not dried. Quickly dry your jewelry if it does happen to get wet.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
- Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days from date of purchase. Any order that requires re-sizing will take 5 - 10 business days to ship out.

- All orders are shipped via USPS for both domestic and international orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders shipped domestic and international come with a tracking number via usps. Once your order has been processed and packaged an email will be sent that your order is on its way and it will also include a tracking number.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer Customs declaration form tracking but once the package arrives in your country there is no way to track it unless you contact your local postal office. The Customs declaration tracking will inform you and I once the package is out of US territory. If by any chance your package does not arrive within 20 days from the purchase date we will gladly refund your order no questions ask. Prior to contacting us due to a late delivery please contact your local postal office to assure you package has not arrived. Most international orders will be held at customs, depending on your origin of delivery.

Here at Tevin Vincent, We stands behind our design and craftsmanship for all our jewelry. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you have received. Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or return.
You the customer are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking, as Tevin Vincent is not responsible for lost return shipments.
GARMENT/T-SHIRT WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
DRY CLEAN ONLY!
Our suggested garment care will allow the garment to last longer and prevent shrinking. Any garment made of 100% cotton does have the tendency to shrink if not cleaned and cared for the correct way.
CAN I RETURN A GARMENT/T-SHIRT IF IT WAS RUINED IN THE WASH?
T-shirts that have been washed in a washing machine and dried in a dryer will not be accepted for return or exchange. It is not our fault if the garment is ruined due to you not following our washing & care instructions.
